The machine arrives in a box with various parts as well. Not all the parts shown on the listing come with the machine, most importantly the digital thermometer. There are ZERO instructions for setting and operating the machine. I had to contact the company just to work out how to set it up. When I did finally get it set up and working, after about 20min the water became so overheated that the pump failed and the machine then overheated as well. The water pump did not have the correct plug for my country so I had to buy an adapter. If the company just included some instuctions it would be a much better product.
